FORTEC Course Registration Terms & Conditions

Based on the requirement to agree to the FORTEC Course Registration Terms & Conditions, and in alignment with standard industry practices for professional training, the following terms typically apply when you register for such a course:
• Binding Agreement: By clicking " I agree to the terms & conditions" or completing the course registration form, you are entering into a legally binding agreement to comply with all terms set forth by the organization.
• Payment Obligations: Full payment for the course is generally due upon registration or by a specified date before the course begins.
• Cancellation and Refunds:
o Cancellation request must be made in writing.
o Cancellation request is due no later than 7 days before the starting date of the class for which a student is registered. Due to the pace of the class, the amount of material to be covered, limited seat availability, and the limited time-length of the class, all approved refunds are subject to a 25% processing fee of the total course cost.
o Cancellations requested later than 7 days before the start date of the registered class may result in a total forfeiture of the registration fee.
o Cancellation approval does not guarantee a refund, partial or full, and the registrant may instead be offered an ‘in lieu of" guarantee for the next available class of the same subject for which the original registration was completed. Due to the high demand, limited space, and time constraint for the material covered, no guarantee is made for placement within the next available class. However, every effort will be made to accommodate the registrant as soon as possible. This placement is not transferable or assignable. No other guarantee is implied or made.
• Course Access and Usage: Course materials are usually for personal, non-transferable use only. Access may expire after a set period.
• Company Rights: The organization reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to low enrollment, change of instructors, or modify the course content.
• Conduct: Participants are expected to behave appropriately, and the provider reserves the right to remove anyone for disruptive behavior.
• Class Attendance: Participants are expected to be in full-view of the instructor throughout the duration of each class. No substitutes are allowed.
• Environment & Connectivity: It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that an appropriate high-speed internet connection and a computer (whether laptop or otherwise), is available for use during class, and the location within which the participant attends class is quiet and appropriate for class attendance.
• Course Material and Recordings of Sessions: Recording of class sessions is prohibited as all material provided is copyrighted or otherwise proprietary and property of FORTEC and/or the platform vendor.
Note: This constitutes a legally binding document and agreement and should be reviewed carefully before completing your registration process, as terms can vary slightly by course or training type.
